We bring website strategy, custom design and development into one project. Your website should explain what you offer, show why customers can trust you and make the next step easy on every screen.
From first visit to enquiry
People comparing providers need more than a polished homepage. They need to understand what you do, see relevant work and find answers about scope, cost and delivery. Our website design service connects those decisions across your service pages, portfolio and enquiry journey, with content that works on a phone as well as a desktop.
Start with your customers, priority services and the enquiries you want. We turn that brief into a page plan with a defined purpose for each destination.
Typography, imagery and layouts reflect your brand. We design reusable page patterns so a future service or campaign feels part of the same website.
Build the templates, publishing tools and connections your business needs. Platform selection follows your editing workflow and functionality requirements.
Keep navigation, contact options and essential information easy to use on smaller screens. Design reviews cover real content, long headings and form states.
Plan headings, page titles, internal links and useful service content before launch. For an existing site, review valuable URLs and agree a redirect map.
Agree who manages hosting, content, updates and reporting. Your scope should explain the handover and any ongoing support, with recurring costs identified.

Website options
A local service business, a growing online store and a content-heavy organisation need different page structures and publishing tools. Start with the customer journey and how your team works.
Explain your offer, demonstrate your experience and make enquiries straightforward. Keep the page plan focused on the services you actually provide.
Organise collections, product information and navigation around the way customers browse and compare your catalogue.
Create reusable page templates and an editing workflow for teams publishing services, projects and articles.
Review current traffic and enquiries before changing content, URLs or platforms. Agree what to retain and what needs improvement.
Project costs
These examples use Simpli’s project planner, not Sydney market averages or fixed packages. All ranges are in Australian dollars excluding GST. Final pricing follows discovery and an agreed scope; hosting, subscriptions and ongoing support are confirmed separately.
Six pages with client-ready copy and imagery, straightforward enquiries and no selected add-ons.
Ten pages with SEO and content migration selected; branding, new copywriting and integrations are not selected.
Ten content pages with an operational integration selected. Product counts, variants and data preparation require separate discovery.
Our process
You see the page plan and design before development. We agree the content responsibilities, milestones and approval points in the proposal, so the build has a clear scope.
Review your business, current website, priority services and customer questions. Define pages, platform, content and required integrations.
Develop the message and responsive layouts using real content. Review navigation, project evidence and contact journeys together.
Implement the agreed templates and functionality. Check forms, mobile layouts, metadata and any required redirects before release.
Verify the published pages and enquiry paths, provide the agreed editing guidance and confirm ongoing support responsibilities.
Our Sydney studio
Simpli Digital is based at 29 Kiora Road, Miranda, in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire. We work with businesses across Sydney through project workshops, shared design reviews and agreed communication milestones.
Bring your current website, the services or products you want to prioritise and any search or enquiry data you have. We can use that context to shape a practical brief.
Google-reviewed
Independent Google reviews help prospective clients assess the experience behind the work—communication, delivery and the quality of the finished result.
Five published Google reviews support the client experience. Rating and count verified September 2026; check Google for the current total.
Pair the reviews with case studies showing the brief, approach and delivered work.
Only published client feedback and demonstrable project outcomes are used.
Straight answers
Useful questions answered without the agency fog.
A project can include discovery, page planning, interface design, development, content, SEO foundations and launch checks. We agree the exact deliverables in the proposal. Hosting, third-party subscriptions, photography and ongoing marketing should be identified separately so you can compare the total commitment.
The price depends on the work involved: unique page templates, content, ecommerce, integrations and the condition of an existing site. Send your current URL and requirements for a scoped proposal. A small service website and a custom catalogue should not be priced as though they are the same project.
A designer shapes the visual experience and page layouts. A developer implements the functionality and publishing system. An agency can coordinate those disciplines with strategy and content. Simpli brings design and development into one project plan; the right scope depends on what your business already has in place.
As a planning guide, most business websites take around six to twelve weeks. Ecommerce, integrations or substantial content work can take longer. We confirm the schedule after discovery and identify where approvals, product data or copy are needed to keep the project moving.
No migration can promise unchanged rankings. We reduce avoidable risk by reviewing existing pages, preserving useful content, mapping redirects and checking indexing settings. Search Console and analytics help identify what should be protected and monitored during the transition.
We select the content system around the updates you need to make and define editable areas during planning. Ask us to demonstrate your typical task, such as adding a project, changing a service or updating a product. Custom functionality may still need developer support.
No. Search rankings depend on relevance, competition, links and Google's systems. We can deliver a clear website structure and an SEO plan, then measure progress through search visibility, qualified visits and enquiries. Ongoing SEO is scoped separately from the website build.
