Google Business Profile. For the Shire.

Help customers understand your business before they reach your website. Google Business Profile optimisation for shops, trades and service businesses across the Shire.

Make your listing useful to a real customer.

Your profile is often the first place a customer checks your services, opening hours and reputation. We review what it says, whether it reflects the business accurately and what happens when someone follows the website link. Google Business Profile, previously called Google My Business, is one part of a complete local search presence.

01

Profile review

Document the current listing, its ownership and the information that needs attention.

02

Business details

Review the name, categories, address or service area, services and opening hours against the real business.

03

Original imagery

Plan useful photos of the team, premises, products or completed work using assets you are authorised to publish.

04

Review workflow

Create a repeatable way to request honest feedback and respond thoughtfully to customers.

05

Website connection

Choose a relevant landing page and make the route to contact, booking or visiting straightforward.

06

Ongoing care

Agree who updates changed services, holiday hours and business information after the initial work.

Contemporary architecture and people moving through a public space

A listing with a clear destination.

A strong profile should lead to a page that continues the same story. We check the information a customer finds after clicking through, including service coverage, examples of work and the enquiry route. This connection matters for businesses serving several Shire suburbs from one location.

Talk through the opportunity
Accurate

Business information that reflects how you operate.

Useful

Photos, service details and feedback that help a customer decide.

Connected

A clear path from your profile to the right website page.

Know what the profile project includes.

We start with a recorded review and an agreed list of changes. You provide business details, suitable imagery and the access needed to complete the work. We retain a change log and explain any steps that require action or verification by the business owner.

A useful handover

Receive the updated information, outstanding tasks and an owner for future maintenance. Any ongoing management is scoped separately.

Visibility in context

Google describes local ranking in terms of relevance, distance and prominence. Profile improvements support a stronger presence; they cannot remove the effect of proximity.

Represent the business you actually run.

A customer-facing location and a business that travels to customers have different setup considerations. We check eligibility and address presentation before suggesting changes. Extra profiles or invented offices are not a way to expand coverage; the setup must reflect real operations.

Owner access

You retain ownership. Where possible, we work through authorised manager access rather than asking you to share a password.

Authentic feedback

Ask for an honest account of the customer’s experience. We do not offer rewards for reviews or write reviews on behalf of customers.

Proof lives outside the pitch.

Independent Google reviews help prospective clients assess the experience behind the work—communication, delivery and the quality of the finished result.

5.0 ★★★★★ on Google

Five published Google reviews support the client experience. Rating and count verified September 2026; check Google for the current total.

Real project evidence

Pair the reviews with case studies showing the brief, approach and delivered work.

No invented proof

Only published client feedback and demonstrable project outcomes are used.

Useful answers.

Useful questions answered without the agency fog.

01Is Google My Business the same as Google Business Profile?

Google Business Profile is the current name. If you already have a listing, we review access and its setup before making changes rather than automatically creating a new one.

02Can you help if I work from home and visit customers?

We can review your setup against Google’s service-area business guidance. Whether an address should be shown depends on how customers interact with the business and the location’s eligibility.

03Can you create a profile for every Shire suburb?

We only recommend profiles where the business qualifies under Google’s guidelines. Serving Cronulla, Miranda and Menai does not itself mean you have three eligible locations.

04Can you remove a negative review?

A review is not removable simply because it is negative. We can help assess whether it breaches Google’s policies and advise on a professional response. Google decides whether a reported review is removed.

05Do I need an SEO retainer for this?

The profile work can be scoped as a focused project. If website or broader search issues emerge, we explain them separately so you can decide what to address next.

Give local customers clarity.
